This is for x5 EG24 components.
This is a bi-directional diode that is part of the HDMI circuit to protect the ESD IC.
If this component is shorted it can cause no display.
Removing this component will leave the ESD IC with out protection on PIN 14.
The diagnosis and installation of this IC is for experienced technicians with the correct tools ONLY!
Returns ONLY accepted if the IC is returned unused and still sealed in the black ‘pick & place’ tape – as you received it.
