Just wanted to share a positive experience I had recently. I sent my controller in for repairs and was really pleased with the whole process. They even upgraded it with the new TMR analog sticks, which is awesome. The service was truly great, and I got my controller back very quickly. I'm very happy with the results, and would recommend them.
Used this company twice to fix issues with my Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller with stick drift, sticky buttons and the RT button not registering correctly. Quite honestly one of the best customer experiences I have had in a very long time. From my initial enquiry about the joypad I was issues with to receiving the joypad fixed back I was guided through the entire process with available options explained and the turn around times clearly explained before I decided if I wanted to go ahead. I sent my xbox one controller in for repair for a thumb stick issue and the repair has been amazing, no issues since. The communication from Uber Micro Repairs has been clear and frequent at each step in the process. Additionally, the price of the repair was much less than the cost of a new controller. Tabatha and Leigh were amazing sorting 3 of my ps5 controllers out 2 modded and 1 standard with Hall effect upgrades in 2 of them all 3 controllers work and feel better than new will definitely be using again if in need of there service’s very friendly and knowledgeable service
Uber Micros were brilliant. I have Scuf FPS Reflex which I love, after 3 years it finally died. I contacted uber micros and they gave me a quote to fix it, and roughly how long it might take. They kept me informed as to their progress and when I got it back it was perfect. The service was wonderful!
It’s amazing what you can find on YouTube!! Stumbled across Uber Micro Repairs when watching another YouTuber (The Cod3r) who was attempting repair a controller and said Uber Micro Repairs is the controller specialist. Fast forward to (and many hours watching Leigh do his thing) when my Elite Controller decided it needed some TLC, I knew who to contact instantly.
After some great communication from Tabatha my controller was sent for repair and a couple of weeks later I was contacted to say it was repaired and what Leigh had found that needed replacing.
Received my controller today (08/05/25) and I have to say it’s better than when it was brand new! You wouldn’t even know it’s been taken apart!!

Diagnostics test was done and I was informed how much it would be to repair before committing. informed again when repair was completed. Was given a choice of return post which was added to invoice. When contacted they had come back quickly. Customer service is great and polite. Repairs were done within the specified time frame and the price is great. I noticed the USB socket was a little loose on my unit, and then a couple of weeks later it actually required the cable to be held at a slight angle to be able to charge.
I looked on the WWW and found Uber Micro Repairs on YouTube with a repair video of just what I hoped would fix mine.
I emailed an enquiry, got a very quick response, and then sent my Packtalk off for repair. I got an email saying it had arrived, and again explaining the process and timescales. In less than the quoted timescale I received another email asking me how I wanted the return postage, and then the bill, (exceptionally reasonable I will say). I paid, and then received another email thanking me and stating my repaired unit would be in the post the same day, amazing service!
I cannot thank Tabatha for the amazing email correspondence, and Leigh for carrying out the fault finding and repair.
Roll on tomorrow, for it to arrive back so I can enjoy my music whilst out on motorbike again.

these guys saved my original XBX elite 2 controller and even did a video - the casing was shot - and fixed some button issues as well. Quick turn around and send back - loved it - great comms and service. will use these again - i have 3 elite controllers as and when needed will get these guys to service/repair should i need it again. If you play FPS's you WILL need these guys as controllers take a bashing. Highly recommend.

After watching an excellent repair video on YouTube I thought I would tackle a repair on my Cardo Packtalk Slim. The charging port had ripped off the board. Once I opened the unit I realised I did not have the equipment to carry out such a repair. The board is tiny! I contacted Uber Micro repairs and arranged to send my unit in. From day one communication from Tabatha was excellent. I received clear instructions about how to sent the unit back, what the repair process involved, and estimated times for the repair to be completed. I was also given a quote for the work that would be done. I was updated about the repair and after everything was done I was sent an invoice for the repair. I was given a choice of postage options too. My unit came back well packaged and fully charged ready to go. I cannot rate this repair highly enough. So much so, I will probably send a non damaged one in to have the port changed before it rips the wire off! Thanks again to Tabatha and Leigh, top job!!

Only ever had a great experience with Uber Micro Repairs. I got a controller repaired by them a few years ago that lasted forever (and still works - I've just decided to stop using it since it was a special Scuf). My current controller broke on Thursday and I was desperate for a new one and QUICK. With the controllers Uber Micro have on their website, I decided to purchase one from them. I got it Friday afternoon, only a day later. Communication is always perfect and they're just fantastic people. 10/10 always.

Randomly came across Ubermicro on a YouTube video. The video was very thorough in depth and knew what they were talking about. I asked a PC nerd friend if he’d heard of Ubermicro and he said yes! He’d used Ubermicro before and highly recommended to me..

I would absolutely recommend uber micro repairs, their service is extreamly efficient, the staff are very polite and friendly and my controller returned feeling better then it did new out of the box, the repair itself was very fast and I was kept upto date at every stage 10/10 all round =)
A scuf controller that developed severe stick drift after the warranty expired meant I needed someone to remedy it. Uber Micro have performed an excellent repair. I requested 2 sticks to be replaced and paddle buttons to be checked - to which they actually replaced them too. The controller, fixed and recalibrated, works beautifully. Communication with them was excellent and (as to be expected) the only downside was the waiting time. Which, when you find a service this good and reliable, it becomes well worth the wait. Highly recommended and would use again.

I’ve got a PackTalk Bold motorcycle comms unit. It wasn’t charging. Luckily I came across Uber Micro Repairs on a Google search. Excellent customer service from my first email. My SCUF Reflex FPS had a second trigger button break in under a year. As the warranty was expired I sent it to these guys and they were brilliant. Communicated with me the whole way through and reinforced both the broken and non broken trigger to stop reoccurring breaking problem. Couldn’t recommend more!
My right analogue stick on my Scuf controller had started to drift and was making playing games increasingly difficult. Looked about and found Uber Micro repairs. Got in contact and Tabatha got straight back in contact, keep me up to date during the whole process and gave an excellent breakdown of what they did and found the left stick was drifting too (and would have got worse). I took my PS4 in as the Fan was constantly running at max speed. After a tear down and a complete clean with a new fan works amazingly and I can actually hear the games I’m playing again.

I contacted Uber Micro to repair my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. Communication from Tabatha was quick and detailed. I was updated regularly and had my controller back in just 2 weeks. It’s now back to full working order having had new LB & RB switches, both stick modules, repositioning of the rear paddle switches and a cleanup of the ABXY buttons. Overall it feels and plays like it did when new. Very pleased with the repair and would highly recommend this professional service.

Superb service from Tabatha and Leigh - absolutely my go-to place now if I need a repair. I had a quick email exchange to discuss the issue, posted over the controller which was repaired within 48 hours! Far cheaper than just buying a new one and good for the environment too 🙂

Wow what can I say other than outstanding service. These guys fixed my sons ps5 hdmi port in less than 24hrs. Their customer service was top notch. They didn’t just fix the port they also fixed some cowboy work a previous tech done on the ps5. Would highly recommend these guys

Edit: 6 months on, and not a hint of drift!
Short story: Xbox Series X controller drifting badly on both sticks. Contacted Uber Micro Repairs, received very detailed instructions on how to send the controller in, where to send it, when to send it in, etc.
Followed instructions, and received an email back when they had received the controller explaining the service / timescales.
Only AFTER it was fixed and tested at their end was I asked for payment, and it was posted back to me THE SAME DAY I paid the extremely reasonable (half the price of a new controller) fee for the fix and return postage.
The following was the Post Office's fault, NOT Ubers, but I had some delays in the post - it was sent 1st class signed for, but took a whopping 18 days to arrive - but Tabatha at the company was amazing. I got several personal responses during that time informing me of how the tracking works, the Post Office's missing parcel policy, about how the delays in general had been affected by postal strikes etc - all with genuine care and attention. I felt like I was their only customer, and they were doing something for me.
Absolutely first class communication and customer service - honestly, I couldn't imagine better.
As for the actual fix itself, well - both sticks on my controller have been replaced, and they feel just as stiff, responsive, centred and tactile as the day I bought it.
All around, I couldn't possibly be happier. If anyone out there is on the fence about repairs / who to use, I give my wholehearted recommendation to Uber Micro Repairs - regardless of your gaming platform.
