Sent in my Scuf impact which had the R2 trigger broken, tabatha was very helpful and very fast responses to emails. Overall it should have taken about 4 days but my controller had a further issue which Tabatha and Leigh helped resolve and did the 2nd fix free or charge which was top class. Would highly recommend

Sent in my two Scuf controllers, on one the R2 wasnt working. The other one I wanted the adjustable triggers replaced with digital switches. All my questions were answered by Tabatha in a quick precise manner. I sent my controllers off.
