Sent in my Scuf impact which had the R2 trigger broken, tabatha was very helpful and very fast responses to emails. Overall it should have taken about 4 days but my controller had a further issue which Tabatha and Leigh helped resolve and did the 2nd fix free or charge which was top class. Would highly recommend

Was having trouble finding somebody to fix my Scuf and found Uber micro on YouTube. What an outstanding service I received.
The fault my controller was fixed and Uber Micro generously fixed faults that were unknown to me. Customer service was also outstanding and was notified of my controllers status throughout.

Sent in my two Scuf controllers, on one the R2 wasnt working. The other one I wanted the adjustable triggers replaced with digital switches. All my questions were answered by Tabatha in a quick precise manner. I sent my controllers off.
