My son bought me a special edition Xbox one controller for my 50th birthday and it’s special to me as he has stage 4 cancer and we will not spend another birthday together. One of my other grandchildren got upset with a game and shall we launched it and quickly realised what they had done. However there were serious issues with it and the magicians @ubermicro have repaired it to an amazing quality. It looks and feels like a new controller. I’ve purchased a standard black controller and a blue one for the grandchildren. This controller reminds me of all the special times me and my son have spent together making gaming memories and having fun. I’ll miss him so much, so now you all know what this repair means to me and I’d like to say just one thing about Uber micro, Absolutely fabulous! Many Thanks to Tabitha for her excellent and very personal support to assure me it can be repaired.
