I had a ‘drifting’ issue on my PS4 controller and with their advice, had it repaired by Sony.
They could have easily done the work themselves and charged me, but thanks to a level of integrity not often seen, they chose customer service over profit.
I will certainly be using Uber Micro in the future and cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Sent in my PS4 controller as it was primarily having drifting issues. That was repaired as well as the buttons flex being replaced. Controller feels like new and all for a very reasonable price. This was topped off by an incredible customer service provided by Tabatha. Communication was excellent at every stage. Couldn’t be happier with this service. Sent in a controller that started drifting as soon as the warranty ran out. It was great to be able to send it in and get it fixed for a reasonable price when a lot of places didn’t even offer repairs for PS4 controllers. There was a waiting list at the time but it was really fast, and the actual repair was also done quick. Kindly returned the packaging I sent along. Communication with Tabatha was great. Easily a go to place for repairs for me from now on.

I sent in two PS4 controllers for repair due to joystick “drifting” issues. Both controllers were basically unusable. One of the controllers also had a faulty charging port and the battery had stopped holding a charge. All issues were diagnosed and repaired and I was was kept updated at all times. Both controllers were repaired for less than the cost of a new controller so very happy.

I have a first generation PS4 controller, which I prefer over the new ones. The pad was in a sorry state, buttons not working, casing was cracked from a drop or two, stick drift and the rubber had come off the sticks. Ubermicro brought it back from the dead and I’m once again using it again. They are great at keeping you up to date and even reply to emails when you wouldn’t expect it as its so late. I was told exactly what was happening and the whole service cost me £25. My friends are so impressed they will be using their services and I won’t go a different company from now on. If you need a repair, go to these guys, they are the best.
