Warranty – Repairs

All of our repairs come with a 3 month warranty that begins on the date the customer receives their device back (unless directly advised otherwise). This warranty is non-transferable or extendable.
 
The warranty only covers the original repair (parts and labour). It does not cover faults relating to physical or accidental damage, liquid ingress or if the device is opened whilst in your possession after we have carried out the repair. 
 
If the nature of the repair falls outside the terms of your warranty or guarantee, then you may incur a charge for the repair. This will be discussed and agreed with you before any work is carried out.
 
Should any additional faults occur that are not related to the original repair, this will not be covered under warranty and charges may be applied. This will be discussed and agreed with you before any work is carried out.
 
If you take your device to a third party after it has been repaired by us, this will void your repair warranty on your device. This includes both repaired and purchased devices.
 
Please note that any inspection or repair work performed by ourselves may invalidate any remaining manufacturer’s warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to check whether the device is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
 
 

Warranty – Refurbished Console/Controller Sales

All of our refurbished consoles and controllers come with a 3 month warranty that begins on the date the customer receives the item (unless stated in the product description). This warranty is non-transferable or extendable.
 
The warranty does not cover faults relating to physical or accidental damage, liquid ingress or if the device is opened whilst in your possession. 
 
If the nature of the fault/damage falls outside the terms of your warranty or guarantee, this will not be covered under warranty and charges may be applied. This will be discussed and agreed with you before any work is carried out.
 
If you take your device to a third party during the warranty period, this will void your repair warranty on your device. 
 
 

Warranty – Online Shop Sales

Returns are only accepted if the part/component is returned unused and still sealed in the black ‘pick & place’ tape (if applicable).
 
Any non-defective item that has been used, installed or opened by the customer is subject to a restocking fee based on the items used resale value. The restocking fee for used, installed or opened non-defective items will normally be 15%.
 
Any parts returned to us may be charged an additional fee to cover the cost of testing and return, if the parts are found to be fully working or if the parts are found to have been damaged during fitting/installation. Faulty parts must be returned within 14 days of purchase no exceptions or they will be rejected and returned.
 
If we have supplied you with an incorrect part, please inform us immediately.  Please send back the item in the same condition as we sent it to you.  We will test the part and if applicable, send you a replacement (stock levels permitting) or a refund.
 
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be entitled to cancel the order the item must be unused and in a re-saleable condition and must be returned at your expense. All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited within 14 days of either the items arriving back to us, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner. We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic cost.
 
All refunds are issued as per the original payment method.
